QA Analyst*

We are currently interviewing for QA Support Representative in our New York office. As the QA Support Representative, your tasks will include drafting use case scenarios, creating automated tests, and helping to ensure the quality of our releases.


* Create, maintain and execute test scripts
* Participate in product rollouts
* Understand QA test plan and test case design, development and implementation
* Work closely with tech, sales, project and customer support management
* Assist with facilitating improvements in QA infrastructure and processes to maximize efficiency
* Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, an excellent troubleshooter and a self-starter. This is not a position for someone who requires micromanagement
* Identify, research, report, track and verify software defects proactively and comprehensively
* Work well in a team environment
* Communicate effectively with engineers, product development team members and project managers

Required Skills

* BS or BA
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Experience using JIRA bug tracking system or similar software
* Solid understanding of Web technologies and user agents
* Knowledge of QA process and methodologies
* Experience writing and conducting functional test plans
* Strong analytical skills, attention to details
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
* Experience with debugging HTML/CSS/JavaScript issues
* Expected to integrate well with development team practicing an agile software process

Preferred, but not required:

* Experience with load and performance testing tools
* Experience with QA automation for web applications/sites
