DESCRIPTION
The VDP retrieves electronic documents/files from the network and organizes and prepares documentation for multiple jobs. The VDP will also evaluate specifications for Direct Mail Production jobs, which will entail data manipulation, programming the business logic rules as required to fulfill Client specifications and manufacturing requirements. Work with CSRs in reviewing and releasing jobs to the manufacturing floor.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Responsibilities:
* Retrieve electronic documents and files from the network.
* Organize and prepare documentation for multiple jobs.
* Performing database manipulation as needed
* Remaining familiar with postal regulations and printing capabilities
* Write programs to fulfill the Client and manufacturing requirements.
* Interact with CSRs and Clients (as needed)
* Follow procedures for validating and releasing documentation to production.
* Provide QC on peer programs
* Support manufacturing needs
* Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
