Responsibilities

* Ability to create, edit, merge, scan or convert documents using the appropriate software.

Responsible for timely completion of documents and/or work requests.

Insure proper workflow procedures are followed

*
Responsible for providing timely and accurate document processing support utilizing client standards and formats

*
Maintain thorough knowledge of all firm supported software packages

*
Assist clients as necessary

*
Assure highest customer service standards and customer communication

*
Flexibility in working overtime

*
Strong communication skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

Skills

*
Typing 75 wpm

*
Advanced skills in Word( center level: styles,legal outline numbering, TOC,TOA), Excel, and Powerpoint

*
Knowledge of Edgar a plus

*
Transcription experience a plus

*
Working knowledge of windows applications, including e-mail and document management systems
