DESCRIPTION
Responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving complex compliance problems. Manage, monitor and ensure compliance to security procedures, including change management control procedures. The position will develop and implement processes to facilitate continual process improvements and evolution as it relates to IT security and the strategic vision of IT GovernanceResponsibilities
Develop an understanding and in-depth knowledge of multiple lines of businesses to proactively identify and resolve compliance problems involving production systems and IT processes, including change control processes.
* Monitors/Administers Change Management procedures to ensure that changes are properly recorded. Responsible for reviewing requests for change (RFC) for completeness, categorizing them and conducting impact analysis and risk assessment. Responsible for notifying impacted individuals of changes, potential impacts and schedules, monitoring the completions of all RFCs, including change planning, building, testing and implementation to ensure that best practices are followed and change schedules met. Screens change requests to be sure appropriate testing has been done and security risks are evaluated. * Perform random/regular audits of the change control processes and projects, determine and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and administer processes to facilitate continual process improvements and evolution as relates to change management. * Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for possible improvement of established processes. Prepare reports for management on process, performance, and quality audits. Develop and implement process audit procedures to identify inefficiencies and potential quality issues. Analyze process documentation to ensure accuracy and validity. Monitor processes and procedures to ensure compliance with IT Standards. * Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Advanced degree with 7+ years experience OR Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 8-10 years of relevant work experience (List specifics) OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.

Must be able to demonstrate an ability to work concurrently on multiple complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.
