DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Coordinator for 2nd shift at our Kaukauna distribution facility. Duties will include, but are not limited to: performing hands-on duties, such as, operating moving equipment, picking product, counting inventory, replenishments, assisting with assembly collations/ shrinkwraps, and loading/unloading trucks. The individual will be overseeing and coordinating daily activities of RR Donnelley and contractor employees. This would include planning, assigning, and directing work; following up with employee concerns and resolving problems; instructing and training employees; eliminating safety concerns; overseeing quality measures; working with the inventory system; and other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
This position requires excellent people skills as well as frontline involvement with the production process focused on quality and production requirements for the customer. Qualified candidates should be highly motivated, be able to multitask and maintain composure, possess computer skills, exhibit strong leadership capabilities and have a high attention to detail. Previous experience successfully leading others, along with working knowledge of Logistics Pro, Lean Manufacturing, and safe operation of a forklift / picker is a plus.
