DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing front line leadership within a Premedia Technologies location. Responsibilities include providing quality products and services, on schedule, within budget cost parameters. Aligns unit’s capabilities with the goals of the PMT organization.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead staff of cross functional individuals within a Premedia environment.
* Assign and ensure all work is completed on time and accurately within the client’s defined schedule.
* Provide root cause analysis of any failures within the department as well as action plan to prevent future occurrences.
* Provide detail project plans for initiatives either identified by supervisor or their manager.
* Recognize gaps in process and take appropriate action to correct.
* Maximize equipment and personnel capabilities, applies new technologies, and/or productive capabilities.
* Develop and maintain an effective and involved work force through performance leadership, education, communications and policies which support inclusion and team effectiveness.
* Participate in the budgeting process and contributes to economic success.
* Use ethical business practices in dealing with customers, employees, vendors, suppliers and the community.
* Work effectively with peers
* Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* College degree or equivalent.
* 5+ years in leadership role
* 7+ years of Premedia services experience
* Experience in utilizing Continuous Improvement tools to create and track metrics.
* Proven leadership abilities through high performance and participative management.
* Proven track record with strong and effective relationships with solution delivery, customer care, sales and customers.
* Excellent communication skills along with the ability to create and make presentations are required
